Escalandrum presents Estudio 2, a powerful double CD production recorded live at the legendary Studio 2 at Abbey Road in London. With over 18 years of experience as a sextet with its original lineup, the band brings a mature approach that fuses jazz, tango, and Argentine folklore with a unique sound identity—sophisticated, bold, and excitingly contemporary. Four of the tracks are compositions by Nicolás Guerschberg, three by Damián Fogiel, and one each by Mariano Sívori and Daniel “Pipi” Piazzolla, reflecting the group’s strong collective work and compositional diversity.
