Argentine pianist and composer, Ramiro Zayas. Born in Argentina, he currently resides in Berlin. His work focuses on creating original piano music, exploring open harmonies, improvisation, and a sensibility rooted in both contemporary jazz and Argentine tradition. Since arriving in Germany, he has pursued his artistic career in Europe, combining live performances with personal composition and production processes.

In 2019 he released his debut album, Inland River. This work reflects a personal quest for an intimate soundscape and an emotional connection with the instrument. Simultaneously, he continues to expand his solo work and collaborate on musical projects linked to the creative scenes of Buenos Aires and Berlin, where he combines writing, sound research, and performance.

His work is characterized by an introspective aesthetic and a focus on space, resonance, and melodic development. Recently, Zayas has been involved in initiatives promoting new languages within jazz and independent music, and he continues to work on original compositions and live performances that solidify his voice within the new generation of Argentine musicians based in Europe.
