Adrián Iaies is an Argentine pianist, composer, arranger, and producer born in Buenos Aires in 1960. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his unique approach to tango and Argentine popular music through a jazz aesthetic. His prolific work has established him as one of the most prominent figures in Argentine jazz.

In 2008, he was honored to become artistic director of the Buenos Aires International Jazz Festival, marking a milestone in his career spanning more than thirty years.
